Job Summary:
PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning function for the LATAM region. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
  • Lead the development and implementation of demand planning processes and tools.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in demand planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PepsiCo offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
