Digital Growth Strategist

Media.Monks, Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Growth Director to lead cross-category growth with clients and prospects.
You will work closely with our Managing Director (Mexico) and Category Leads to plan out and bring success for Growth by selling combined offerings. This significant role requires demonstrated experience creating business relationships with directors and C-level clients.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success with a measured and commission-driven compensation model and a history of achieving lead conversion and revenue targets.
You will lead, architect, design and sell complex deals, with a passion for customer service and extremely strong closing capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of new opportunity within current clients' relationships and design strategies with the EVP and MD and market leadership to expand within those clients.
- Pipeline development and customer acquisition activities, including direct sales, co-selling with growth team leadership, managing directors, partnership leads and partner growth monks.
- Architecting, designing and selling inbound deals.
- Identifying, developing and prospecting cold leads.
- Working with the cross-functional teams on prospective deals to ensure accurate bids, compelling value propositions and a frictionless deal environment.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- 8+ years experience in consultative sales roles, preferably in a digital service industry.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing, brand and digital ecosystems.
- Fluent Spanish and English is vital for communicating effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
