Medical Representative

At Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. - D44, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team. As a Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid treatment to injured employees and maintain accurate records of treatment given.
- Proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Participate in the workers' compensation process and provide support to employees who have been injured on the job.
- Develop and implement a site wellness program to promote employee health and well-being.
- Train managers and employees on first aid, CPR, and AED procedures.
- Conduct daily activity logs and provide analysis of incidents on a monthly basis.
- Participate in weekly site case management review meetings with HR, Risk Management, and Safety.
- Develop Physical Demands Assessments for every task and evaluate stretching programs to prevent injuries.
- Attend weekly associate safety committee meetings and provide input on safety initiatives.
- Experience and certification in teaching first aid, CPR, and AED.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze accident data and identify potential safety concerns.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective safety solutions.
