About the Role

As a Sales Representative II at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our innovative medical products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while developing and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Medtronic's products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize the benefits derived from our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on customer and competitor activities, informing market development plans and strategies.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, driving product innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement market development plans and strategies, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
  • Medical device sales experience and ability to enter the operating room.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tavi & aortic stent graft portfolios.
