Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Humaniq Headhunters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, ensuring their instructions and inquiries are promptly fulfilled according to company specifications. This includes entering and verifying data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, inventories, etc., in an accurate and timely fashion.

You will also support and work cross-functionally with sales, IT, finance, and other departments to process and efficiently manage full cycles of customer orders through EDI, warehouse management systems, and ERP. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of operations across all business channels.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you will need to report any problems to management and work with the appropriate department to resolve situations and implement root cause and corrective actions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 4-5 years' experience in a customer service-related capacity
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in a distribution center and/or 3PL environment is preferred; experience with EDI and warehouse management systems is strongly preferred
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
