As a Cloud Consultant at Infor, you will be responsible for driving innovation and process improvements that enhance implementation and delivery cycles, resulting in a positive customer experience.

A typical day in this role includes:

  • Analysis of production issues and support for continuous operations and delivery pipeline.
  • Proactive response to customer queries and regular updates on incidents.
  • Analysis of extension source code and development tasks related to platform support and service delivery.
  • Effective communication with internal and external teams as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Availability for 24/7 support in case of production downtime issues.
  • Willingness to extend and support over weekends and holidays to ensure customer business is not impacted.
  • Driving technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations through digital innovation.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in scripting and code debugging.
  • Work experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs.
  • Experience with generating and analyzing trace files, CGP's, parallel processing.
  • Experience with troubleshooting.
  • Experience with added applications like Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, Automotive Exchange.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience exploring cloud technologies.
  • Experience writing extensions, code debugging, and simulation of issues.
  • Experience from both developer and customer support positions.
