Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to provide training certification preparation services.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to develop tailored proposals that align with company objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent Holland House Mexico at industry events to expand the client base and promote the company's services.
  • Manage proposal tracking and maintain accurate records in Smartsheet to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Report directly to the Consultancy Manager in Mexico and collaborate with regional directors for cohesive coordination.
  • Generate sales leads without prior contacts and leverage existing relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consulting services and commercial areas, with a strong understanding of the Mexican market.
  • Education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields, with a focus on commercial and business development.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the commercial sector, with a track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and the ability to travel is required for business development opportunities.
  • Location: Mexico City, with the possibility of remote work arrangements.
  • Previous knowledge or experience in sustainability services or related fields is highly desirable.
