Consumer Banking Business Development Director

CitiGroup is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Consumer Banking Business Development Director to lead our consumer banking business in a strategic and innovative direction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in consumer banking.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives and enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and technology partners.
- Collaborate with external partners to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business success.
- 15+ years of experience in consumer banking, with a strong background in business development and strategy.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions to drive business success.
