Descripción del Puesto:
El Consultor SAP Success Factors Semi Senior será responsable de diseñar, implementar y mejorar soluciones de SAP HCM para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Colaborará con los equipos internos para analizar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con el sistema SAP HCM.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseño y Implementación de Soluciones: El consultor será responsable de diseñar y implementar soluciones de SAP HCM que se adapten a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Colaboración con Equipos Internos: Colaborará con los equipos internos para analizar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con el sistema SAP HCM.
- Pruebas y Calidad: Realizará pruebas y asegurará la calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
- Soporte Técnico: Brindará soporte técnico a los usuarios finales y garantizará un funcionamiento eficiente del sistema.
- Mantenimiento de Conocimientos: Mantendráse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en el campo de SAP HCM.
Requisitos:
- Conocimientos de SAP HCM: Sólidos conocimientos de SAP HCM y su integración con otras soluciones de SAP.
- Experiencia en Implementación: Experiencia previa en la implementación y personalización de SuccessFactors.
- Análisis y Resolución de Problemas: Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas complejos relacionados con el sistema SAP HCM.
- Certificaciones: Certificaciones o cursos relacionados con SAP HCM.
