Nex is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager Senior to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Americas Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and experience across all countries in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and collaborate on a team structure in Mexico City that will support all Customer Experience in the Americas for Preferred and Regular customer segments, as well as Order Intake for all customers in the Americas.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service and experience, aligning with company targets and customer needs.
- Network with other functions to achieve win-win outcomes between customer needs and company targets.
- Set yearly targets and conduct development discussions with Customer Service Team Leaders and Customer Experience Managers.
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience, Americas.
Requirements:
- Superior education level, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
- Expert-level experience in customer experience management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
