The Senior Customer Service Manager role at Citi is a key position responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional customer service and support to external clients.


**Key Responsibilities:**


• Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure seamless delivery of customer service support.
• Evaluate team performance, make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions, and maintain appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
• Monitor technological advances in the industry to identify opportunities for enhancing current department operations and evaluate cost/benefits, make recommendations, and develop implementation plans.
• Provide guidance to team members for resolving escalated problems and negotiate solutions with internal and external customers, as necessary.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective, and customer-service-meets-or-exceeds-client-expectations.


**Requirements:**


• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including senior management experience and interacting with large corporate and government clients.
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
