The Collections Team:
The Collections Specialists at GoodLeap, LLC are responsible for:
- Outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers to resolve payment issues
- Identifying and implementing solutions to bring borrower's loans up to date
- Processing payments for borrowers with past due payments
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
- Ensuring compliance with GoodLeap's collections policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior call center experience with financial products is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a professional demeanor
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of MXN $89.33/hour, plus bonus opportunities
