Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Professionals to join our team at Qualfon Corporation. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience through inbound calls and chats.

Job Description

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and chats for assistance regarding their accounts.
  • Adhere to required policies and procedures.
  • Utilize strong communication, time management, and call management skills.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2.
  • Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs.
  • Must live in Mexico City.
