Customer Service Professional

As a Customer Service Professional at The Chemours Company, you will play a vital role in creating a world where chemistry harnesses power to shape markets, redefine industries, and improve lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain customer and product master data to support business operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Verify product availability and review ATP with the demand and sales team to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee invoice information in the customer portal and review customer orders against business policies.
- Create, modify, and cancel orders in the system, ensuring accurate credit checks and confirmations.
- Communicate order status and resolve customer complaints, managing product returns and issuing credits.
- Collaborate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor product, transaction, and documentation flows, verifying pricing accuracy and issuing invoices.
- Responsible for auditing policies and procedures, maintaining a high Customer Service Level (CSL), and ensuring clear alignment on customer segmentation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience/education.
- Fluent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
- Strong teamwork, proactivity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with various IT tools and Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge in export processes and familiarity with SAP and SFDC.
