Aftersales District Manager

**Job Summary**:
As an Aftersales District Manager at General Motors, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Global Warranty Management (GWM) policies and procedures across the zone. This role requires a subject matter authority with expertise in warranty administration, service policies, and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the integration of warranty administration functions
- Provide warranty support to zone team members
- Develop and implement dealer training programs
- Coach dealers and managers on warranty administration best practices
- Hold yourself and others accountable for demonstrating GM's values and cultural behaviors
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Assist dealers in implementing initiatives to increase customer pay business
- Focus on processes and performance at the service lane
- Search for promotions and market opportunities to bring customers to the service lane
- Incorporate aftermarket initiatives within the overall business plan
- Implement and follow up on the 25-point inspection to increase parts sales per vehicle
- Support dealers with RIM to optimize and meet required targets for compliance
- Promote and include dealers in yearly marketing plans to increase customer retention
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Administrative Economics
- Fluent English language skills (spoken, written, and reading)
