Job Description

Ntt Data Services is seeking a skilled IT Service Management Professional to lead the implementation of end-to-end ITIL Service Management best practices, driving control and maturity in IT Service Delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading ITIL Service Management capabilities, with at least 5 years of experience in service management. They will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing Service Introduction, Design & Transition processes, as well as governance and communication throughout the IT function and business.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and negotiation and relationship management skills to establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rollout and manage end-to-end ITIL Service Management best practice policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Responsible for transitioning new or changed services into Business As Usual (BAU).
  • Design, deliver, and manage Service Introduction, Design & Transition processes, and governance.
  • Lead Service Reviews with business stakeholders and key suppliers.
  • Create and manage the service delivery service improvement plan, prioritizing risks, issues, and goals to deliver the target operating model within agreed timelines.

This position also involves designing and supporting Problem Management processes, ensuring root cause analysis is conducted, and delivering actions to conclusion in a priority-driven approach. Additionally, the ITIL Service Management toolset will need to be ensured to drive continuous improvements through automation and analytics.

A Bachelor's degree and advanced English level are required. The ideal candidate should have ITIL Service Management V3 Expert certification and at least 5 years of experience in ITIL Service Management. Availability to work hybrid and willingness to relocate to Guadalajara, Jalisco, are also necessary.
