About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Solutions Consultant to join our Treasury and Capital Markets team at Finastra. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Facing Presentations: Lead client-focused discovery and solutioning, based firmly upon value-led understanding and industry-informed knowledge of our client's needs. Engagements range from discovery to multi-day proof of concept workshops.
  • Product Presentation Readiness: Contribute to informative, on-brand white papers, presentation decks, client-facing resources, videos, and other material that ensures our clients understand why they should choose Finastra.
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Participate in internal knowledge sharing with your colleagues, delivering online presentations on industry-related topics. This will leverage client presentation skills and remote engagement experience.
  • Collaboration: Global Solution Consultants can expect to coordinate, challenge, influence, and otherwise engage Product Management, Global Services, Sales, Partner teams, Solution Lead teams, and other key stakeholders in Treasury and Capital Markets. You will develop your professional network within Finastra and its Partners, provide product strategy insights, and assist in identifying whitespace in the Treasury and Capital Markets space.
  • Integration: Integration is extremely important, and you will be responsible for learning the integration between the Finastra Treasury and Capital Markets platforms and third-party core processes. Be able to explain how the integration works and support the Proposal team with answering RFP questions.
Requirements
  • Strong Client-Focus and Impeccable Professional Integrity: Demonstrate a strong client-focus and impeccable professional integrity.
  • Language Proficiency: English and Spanish proficiency (required), Portuguese (plus).
  • Strong Knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets: Possess strong knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets, including cross-asset experience, such as fixed income, foreign exchange, both exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivatives.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience with banks, technology providers, or consulting firms, including one or more of Finastra's core Treasury & Capital Markets Applications (Kondor, Opics, Summit, Risk) is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Service Software Consulting or Pre-Sales Support: Experience in financial service software consulting or pre-sales support, as the successful candidate will make a business impact as soon as possible.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and understand current business/industry, including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.
  • Self-Driven and Self-Taught: Be a self-driven, self-taught individual with strong motivation to excel in identified pursuits.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written); needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
  • Ability to Travel: Ability to travel as needed (up to 75%).
  • Curiosity about Innovation and Fintech Ecosystem: Be curious about innovation and the Fintech ecosystem, willing to learn and develop.
  • Team Player Spirit: Possess a team player spirit.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline, advanced degree is desirable or equivalent experience.
