Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot highly complex technical issues, utilizing your analytical skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers via Zendesk and Zoom, ensuring seamless issue resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to escalate critical issues, driving swift resolution and continuous improvement
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Legion products, staying up-to-date on latest releases and configurations to provide expert support
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, creating clear and concise articles to empower customers and support teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to SLAs and ensuring timely resolution of issues
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in technical support roles, preferably in software or SaaS solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Able to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable software configurations
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with product expertise, including core product knowledge and release training
- Ability to read configuration and translate it to functionality seen by customers
- Experience writing customer-facing knowledge base articles
