Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our LATAM Sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our SS&C Blue Prism solution portfolio to large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell directly to end-user clients and engage closely with alliance and channel partners to develop new business.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sell RPA into large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations, managing complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
- Work alongside senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaigns.
- Self-generate new pipeline and close new business from end-user clients.
- Work alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns and with new channel partners to help them become independent.
- Provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement with the technical team.
- Forecast accuracy to ensure management can properly plan for growth.
- Maintain a clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecast.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience selling into enterprise/global/complex accounts with a track record of success.
- Experience in selling SaaS and Cloud solutions.
- Aptitude to sell at senior level, managing complex transformational deals.
- Superb relationship-building skills, influencing partners and internal resources needed to support client activities.
- Background in consultative sales environments with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles.
- Ability to sell to business and IT influencers.
- Inquisitive and tenacious, finding new opportunities and extending the value of accounts.
- Credible at executive and operational levels, developing long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent relationship skills.
- Ruthless focus on results, pipeline generation, revenue, and profit.
