**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and operational excellence with our existing customers. As an integral part of the Uber for Business team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with current customers to understand their unique challenges and goals, leveraging your expertise to demonstrate how Uber for Business can help them meet their objectives. You will own the relationship and growth strategy by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating mutually beneficial deals, and securing commitment from senior decision-makers.

This role requires a deep understanding of the enterprise market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to execute short-term sales strategies while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new businesses
  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM
  • Develop positive relationships with key clients to generate revenue from new features
  • Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
  • Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain the Uber value proposition

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with MM/ENT Organizations in a SaaS environment in a quota-carrying role as an Account Manager or Account Executive
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Strong use of insights and data-based decision-making to inform the sales process
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to grow quickly as we build the sales organization

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
