About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding experiences. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customer due diligence reviews to ensure timely receipt of customer documentation and information, collaborating with internal partners and directly with customers.
- Managing the customer re-validating process and handling general account maintenance.
- Supporting team leaders in monthly reporting and QA reviews.
- Acting as a business resource to internal partners, addressing routine and non-standard issues, and ensuring onboarding protocols are followed.
- Supporting the evolution and execution of the overall customer onboarding program, attending and applying ongoing training to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Generating and retrieving data for reporting purposes as requested and assisting with projects as needed.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in customer service or order management, with project management skills.
- 1-2 years of general business experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365, secure cloud services, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive internal business relationships.
- High level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
