- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Basic Excel skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends
- Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and analytical
- Prior money transfer experience preferred or related industries
Ria offers a competitive base salary range of 204,600.00 Peso's in Mexico. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
