Job Description

As a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Nasdaq, you will play a critical role in onboarding new and existing customers onto our Trade Surveillance Software as a Service (SaaS). This involves managing customer relationships, performing technical integration and data testing, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to ensure successful onboarding and address any concerns.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop tailored project plans to meet customer needs and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Communicate complex technical information to customers and provide guidance on Nasdaq Data Specifications.
  • Understand client requirements and draft change requests to meet their needs.
Implementation and Team Coordination
  • Assist customers in data mapping and exchange-specific queries.
  • Perform data quality tests and work closely with customers to resolve issues.
  • Set up application configurations according to customer requirements and data quality.
  • Work closely with functional analysts, sales, support, and development teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Planning and Reporting
  • Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding projects and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in the Capital Markets domain with exposure to multiple products.
  • Expertise in UNIX and customer management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
