Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts for themed images.
  • Research and incorporate various styles, trends, and cultural references.
  • Generate images for situational concepts (e.g. children's birthday party).
  • Use Midjourney to create and develop images according to project themes.
  • Edit and enhance images in Photoshop, making necessary adjustments to backgrounds, fixing anomalies, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Utilize generative fills and prompts to correct and enhance image elements.
  • Midjourney proficiency, adjusting settings, and creating preferences to match desired themes.
  • Use Vary Region in Midjourney to make alterations to image details such as fingers, hands, and expressions.
  • Work closely with the creative director to align project visions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements to images.
  • Create and manage JPG files in original sizes and reduced versions for various platforms.
  • Ensure all deliverables are prepared and uploaded according to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an AI Creative Technician or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Midjourney and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and techniques.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into engaging images.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
