Responsibilities

The Role

In this position, you will be tasked with efficiently managing activation requests, reallocations, and resolving incidents related to sales devices.

Your Contributions

As a Field Sales Device Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the reassignment of iPad/iPhone devices to new Field Sales personnel.
  • Identifying opportunities bi-weekly and preparing the necessary files for mass uploads to the Calero Team.
  • Monitoring inventory risks for equipment and facilitating resolutions for the 'Top 10 Zones.'
  • Managing equipment exceptions for the 'Top 5 Zones' and addressing issues on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Collaborating and maintaining effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

Who Are We Seeking?

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a focus on Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering.

Professional Experience:

  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with experience in Salesforce and SAP as a user.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to proactively develop effective action plans.
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
