**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

**Job Description:**
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for coordinating various internal recruiting administrative activities efficiently and successfully.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in an efficient way. You will provide support to recruiters by scheduling interviews, assisting with the hiring process, ensuring completion of background verifications, preparing offer letters, and sending/receiving new hire paperwork among other activities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters
  • Initiate background process and ensure completion of background verification and credentials as required
  • May be required to provide Day 1 Essentials to new hires, review drug tests and background results, escalate when necessary to the TA Leadership team
  • Compile electronic copies of new hire paperwork for personnel files, manually creating files in the HR system
  • Produce status recruiting reports on a weekly basis

**Qualifications:**

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of two (2) years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role, experience in dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization preferred

**Skills and Competencies:**

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS preferred, excellent customer service experience and ability to be responsive on a consistent basis, must be a team player, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow, flexibility to meet business needs
