The Luxury Residence Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, including responding to requests, gathering information, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
  • Announce visitors and contractors to residents before allowing access
  • Answer and record all calls, messages, and requests
  • Contact relevant individuals or departments to resolve issues
  • Assist with scheduling elevator moves and bell/valet services
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
