About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the distribution and channel management space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Forecast and monitor sales performance against plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Administration, or Marketing preferred).
  • 2-5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Fire, Security, Automation, and Digital Solutions industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker.
  • Base in Mexico City with availability to travel throughout the Mexican Republic.
