**Job Summary**:
A position as a **Service Support Coordinator** requires coordination of maintenance activities that involves Dispatch and Logistics Skills to ensure services provided to Operators' customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will be responsible for receiving work orders from the Operator's Customer Care Center or Customer NOCs resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle Dispatch and Logistics managed services that involves Field Technician Workforce assigning, dispatching and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Support Customer Work Orders Corrective and Preventive maintenance activities.
Deal with Logistics topics as Material and Telecommunication device deliveries and return to different vendors.
**Requirements**:
Welcome any bachelor's degree or truncated career. (welcome recent graduates)
At least 6 months on Service Desk or Customer Service. (Desirable)
Advance communication English skills (90% or more).
Work Under pressure with great service attitude.
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
Teamwork skills
Follow instructions & procedures and propose process improvements.
Have availability to roll shifts.
Excel Intermediate and Programming Skills Basic or intermediate level. (Desirable)
