Job Summary

The Regional Account Director is a key leadership role at Hh Global, responsible for driving strategic growth and client success. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage client budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and pain points, using this insight to inform business decisions and drive client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client success.
  • 7+ years of direct client interfacing experience, including at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, with a track record of developing and executing business plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
