Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team at Marriott International. This is a full-time position located in CEC Mexico City, Mexico.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be expected to greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
