Customer Experience Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and manage customized customer experiences and presentations in our customer welcome center, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and organize effective presentations and discussion leaders for complex briefings.
- Manage briefings focused on strategic accounts, large revenue deals, and major relationship opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Provide active management throughout briefings, capturing notes and action items for post-briefing analysis and improvement.
- Conduct post-briefing analysis, providing insights and opportunities for growth, and offering direction on process improvements and policy establishment.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in industry, sales, channel, and/or project management.
**Desired Skills and Knowledge:**
- In-depth knowledge of marketing fundamentals, product lifecycles, and knowledge management.
- Familiarity with industry trends and customer segments, as well as experience in partner management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and drive consensus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage virtual teams and negotiate effectively.
- Business fluency in English, with the ability to interface with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
