Nex is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager Sr to lead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies across the Americas region. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing Customer Experience Team in Mexico City, supporting all customer segments, including Preferred and Regular customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of Customer Experience Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Trainers to optimize customer service and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve win-win outcomes between customer needs and company targets.
- Set and achieve yearly targets and development discussions with the Customer Service Team Leaders and Customer Experience Managers.
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience, Americas.
Requirements:
- Superior education degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Expert-level experience in customer experience management.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
