Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Nex in Mexico City. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team that provides exceptional customer service to our Preferred and Regular customers in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and collaborate on a team structure in Mexico City that will support all Customer Experience in the Americas for Preferred and Regular customer segments, as well as Order Intake for all customers in the Americas.
  • Lead and support the proactive activities of the teams, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Network with other functions to achieve win-win between customer needs and company targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Experience Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Trainers to optimize customer service and experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide professional knowledge of building customer service and customer experience teams that support all countries in the Americas.

Requirements:

  • Superior education degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in customer service or experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
