About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Tesla. As a seasoned retail veteran, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Store leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets
  • Train and develop the team on sales and delivery processes, ensuring they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge and proficient in Sales and Delivery Operations
  • Coach and motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs, partner to achieve sales and delivery targets, and manage customer escalations quickly and effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner, and maintain facility maintenance and showroom presentation to brand standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of applicable experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ethical approach to sales and sales operations
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment and relocate as needed, with a valid driver's license
