About Helpware

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for customer support issues, responsible for support cases through their entire life-cycle, and log and track issues in our support ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to clients across multiple products.
  • Triage support and other department queues to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Responsible for handling intricate customer support issues, including complex resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of customer support experience and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction or guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS customer software support and IT/Technical/Software Eng education or experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira/Atlassian, and other relevant tools.
