Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Courtyard Mexico City Toreo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our food and beverage services meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Marriott International's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the hotel with ease.
