Job Summary

As a valued member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Assign and manage room keys, ensuring secure payment and accurate billing
  • Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, responding to guest inquiries and requests
  • Conduct daily reports and maintain accurate records of guest information
  • Provide directions and information to guests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Cash guest checks and process all payment types, ensuring accuracy and security

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
