ValGenesis is a leading provider of end-to-end digital validation solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to spearhead our partner network expansion across the Americas. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans with partners to drive revenue growth
  • Provide support, training, and guidance on ValGenesis products, sales processes, and best practices to partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership activities with overall company goals
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure partners are meeting their targets and objectives
  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular performance updates, and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage industry events and conferences to network, identify new partnership opportunities, and cultivate existing ones
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure ValGenesis remains competitive in the market

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a partner/channel management role
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology) industry; bonus if you have experience in quality management and/or validation-related experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in sales enablement
  • Experience working with partners in the Americas region and knowledge of the market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Business fluent Spanish considered an asset

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
