Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Growth Strategist for Subscription Services to manage and influence the short and long-term growth strategy, goals, and priorities for our international B2C business. This role requires strong analytical skills, including experience in SQL and quantitative insights, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-impact growth strategies via analyses, dash-boarding, and monitoring business and industry trends.
  • Own the measurement and analysis for our paid and free channels and campaigns, focusing on maximizing retained user subscriber volume and ROI.
  • Manage a team of vendor analysts and develop a scaled resourcing plan.
  • Deliver effective communications and presentations to multiple levels of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related functions, including experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience growing an eCommerce product, especially a subscription business, and working with international B2C businesses.
  • Excellent process and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.

About You

You should have a strong background in marketing analytics, metric analysis, and measurement. Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners is essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
