Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to build our growing Saltillo, Coahuila market. As the "CEO" of your territory, you will identify growth opportunities, meet with existing customers on-site, and build relationships. You will also be part of a winning team, joining our Monterrey, NL sales team for comradery, training, and department meetings via regular trips to the office.
You will receive 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing existing accounts, prospecting for new business, and creating effective solutions for customers using our 40,000 high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
- Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits Tuesday - Friday
- Create effective solutions for customers using our 40,000 high-quality products
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- 5+ years previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and great driving record
