They will also have experience working with merchants as an account manager, helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of assigned territories.
- Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems, making them self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in assigned territories.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
About the Team:
We are a business development organization driving growth for over 2 million Amazon sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated account management. We focus on aggressive growth for our sellers' businesses and are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Mexico City office.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
