About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Specialist to lead our strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing existing relationships and building new ones with specialty stores within Uber Eats.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial relationships with top managers of specialty stores through regular business reviews.
  • Work closely with catalog and operations teams to ensure the best experience for consumers.
  • Develop plans to improve indicators and create promotional plans according to category and store.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or trade marketing experience in mass consumption companies and/or retailers, with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional executive interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, with a keen interest in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work remotely with teams from other countries.
  • Ambition to be an outstanding teammate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Prior Experience an Asset:

  • Project management skills would be highly valued.
  • Team management experience would be advantageous.
