About the Role
As a Strategic Sales Development Specialist at American Express, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our Global Commercial Card business in Mexico. This position reports directly to the LM Sales Manager and is responsible for analyzing client and market requirements to develop projects that meet internal and external customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop new business opportunities by understanding client needs and identifying potential sales targets
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Provide financial and business analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Validate and track performance on portfolios, targets, and achievements for each company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve goals
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively develop and manage internal/external customer relationships
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with ability to identify non-standard solutions
- Strong communication skills to generate clear and concise information
- Flexible with shift to support business needs
- English speaking is mandatory
