**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our expansion efforts in LatAm, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in LatAm, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure peak performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition, anticipating market shifts and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in sales, business development, or related field with a proven track record of success.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
