Description of the Role

  1. Oversee all sales operations in the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  4. Coordinate and support the registration of products in all markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Lead end-to-end brand campaigns in the LATAM region, aligning with regional objectives and company goals.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with the local community through events, networking opportunities, and project management.
  7. Analyze local competitors to strengthen the brand position and stay ahead in the market.

  9. Lead on PR, communications, branding, campaigns, and events in the LATAM region, ensuring a cohesive brand image.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in marketing and sales.

  1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in the LATAM region.
  2. Advanced English language skills (C1-C2 level) are required.
  3. Experience in the manufacturing, cosmetic industry, or related field is highly desirable.
  4. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is essential.
  5. Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
  6. Proven working experience as a Brand Manager, with a strong track record of success.
  7. Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, consumers, and industry trends.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  9. Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  10. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  11. Collaborative and excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
