We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in marketing and sales.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in the LATAM region.
- Advanced English language skills (C1-C2 level) are required.
- Experience in the manufacturing, cosmetic industry, or related field is highly desirable.
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, consumers, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborative and excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
