Azka IT Consulting, a leading provider of IT consulting services in Mexico, seeks an experienced Network Access Service Delivery Team Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned IT professional looking to take on a leadership role and drive the delivery of network services.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT engineers to ensure the continuous delivery of network services within specified SLAs. This includes tasks related to system administration, people management, training, and motivating the team to perform their daily duties effectively.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of business processes and infrastructure technology. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of project management, network technology, and network administration (LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN). Additionally, they should have good knowledge of service controlling and financial/license management for services.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a Christmas bonus, 80% bonus, savings fund, food vouchers, mid-year bonus, and a bonus for meeting annual goals.
