Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Market Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Market Access organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical, and Sales, to gather insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and execute market access plans that align with business objectives and maximize product value.
- Analyze data and evidence to inform market access decisions and optimize product launch strategies.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patients, to build strong relationships and advocate for products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market access policies, regulations, and reimbursement schemes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, pharmaceutical sales, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Pfizer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
