About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our elite sales team in Southeast Asia and LATAM. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and elevating customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team across SEA and LATAM, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and execute cross-regional sales strategies with a focus on Solution Selling, leveraging your expertise in analytics solutions to drive business growth.
  • Lead territory planning, account planning, and opportunity development, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Optimize sales tools and enhance pipeline visibility for precise forecasting, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives, building trust and credibility through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Retain and expand our customer base through engaging activities, such as thought leadership initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles selling analytics solutions to Tier 1 financial services.
  • An extensive network of senior contacts in SEA (required) and LATAM (preferred) financial services is essential.
  • Experience in discovery-led sales and stakeholder mapping, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets in an accountable culture.
  • Proficiency in engaging and managing relationships with C-level executives, with a strong understanding of cloud-hosted data technology solutions and API solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex business problems and offer effective solutions.
