Job Summary

The Site Care Partner is a critical role within Pfizer, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investigative sites throughout a study's lifecycle. This position requires a high level of expertise in clinical research, site management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for site start-up and activation, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of study protocols.
  • Supports country and site selection activities, providing local intelligence and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize site selection.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of assigned protocols and conducts study start-up activities at the site level, including PTA, site activation checklist items, ICD finalization, and SIV.
  • Ensures all site initiation activities are completed, including training, documentation, and system requirements.
  • Provides study support on escalated site issues related to study delivery, coordinating communications and resolution efforts.
  • Responsible for effective site recruitment planning and delivery, consistent with global and/or country plans and local targets.
  • Maintains regular communications with investigator sites to gather status updates and drive delivery to study goals.
Qualifications
  • + 5 years of clinical research experience and/or quality management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in site management, start-up activities, conduct, and close-out activities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
  • Skills in more than one language are an advantage in this role.
Skills and Technical Competencies
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Good computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated networking and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
